Pair of podium finishes in Louisiana State Championships at Boothill

Following the 12th-fastest qualifying effort, Dillard jumped up one spot in his heat race to finish third. With $6,000 on the line in the preliminary feature, Cade passed six cars in the 40-lap affair to register a third-place finish. He trailed Tyler Stevens and Logan Martin to the checkers.
On Saturday, Cade clocked in third-fastest overall before placing first in his heat. Starting the $6,000 Louisiana State Championship in finale in third, Dillard led laps early in the 50-lapper but late-race contact while battling for lead dropped him to second when the checkered flag flew.
