Dillard fifth in Fall Classic at Whynot Motorsports Park; grabs $2,500 in Modified victory
Fresh off his $20,000 triumph last week, Cade Dillard made the trip to Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Miss.) on Friday afternoon to pull double duty in the 30th-annual Coors Light Fall Classic.
With over 50 Super Late Models in the pit area, Cade rounded out the Top-10 in his preliminary feature on Friday night before he scored a Top-5 finish in the $20,000-to-win finale on Saturday evening.
In the Modified ranks, Dillard won his heat race on Friday and earned the pole position for Saturday's main event. Leading all 25-laps of the A-Main, Cade secured his 14th Modified triumph of the season while collecting a $2,500 payday.
